Delete your Webbricks account
Last updated: 14 October 2026
You can delete your Webbricks account and everything in it at any time. This page explains how, what is removed, and what to do if you can't open the app.
Delete it in the app
- Open the Webbricks app and sign in.
- Go to Account.
- Scroll to Delete account, type the email address of your account to confirm, and tap Delete account permanently.
This happens straight away. It cannot be undone.
If you can't use the app
Email hello@webbricks.co.uk from the email address your account uses, with the subject "Delete my account". We will check the request comes from the account holder and delete the account for you. We aim to do this within 7 days, and always within 30 days.
If you can no longer reach the email address on the account, tell us your website's address (for example yourbusiness.webbricks.co.uk) and we will talk you through proving it is yours.
What is deleted
Deleting your account permanently removes:
- your account and sign-in details, and any active sign-ins on your devices;
- all your websites, which stop being published immediately;
- your website content and photos;
- customer enquiries, quote requests and photos sent with them, and your replies;
- the phone registrations used for notifications;
- visitor statistics for your websites.
What is not deleted straight away
- Our service providers (Cloudflare, Expo, Resend and Sentry) may keep technical or delivery records for a limited time under their own terms. We can't delete those through the app.
- If a domain name was registered for you through Webbricks, the domain is registered in your name and stays yours. Deleting your account does not cancel it. We stop renewing it, so it expires at the end of its term, and you can ask us for a transfer code first if you want to keep it.
- Where the law requires us to keep a record (for example of a payment), we keep only what is required.
Deleting an enquiry you sent to a business
If you filled in a contact form on someone's Webbricks website and want your message removed, email hello@webbricks.co.uk with the website's address and roughly when you sent it. We will check which enquiry it was before deleting it.
